This amount is a reservation amount. This will never effectively leave your account, but will be adjusted to the effective amount.
The reservation amount (€10) will be replaced by the effective amount you bought for.
Example: €10 is reserved. You buy a tube of balls for €7.5.
Within 24-48h, – €10 will be replaced by – €7.5.
Drop off the racket(s) at the bar and send an email to info@padelkiosk.be stating the number of rackets you left behind. We will check with the bar, and make sure there are no extra charges .
No problem, the return code only serves as a backup and you don’t actually need it to return your racket(s). Take the bank card you originally rented the rackets with, press ‘Return racket’ and ‘Pay with bank card’. The kiosk will recognise your card and unlock the door, allowing you to return your racket.
Our kiosk operates via contactless payments. The number of payments per day via this contactless method is limited in Belgium, which means your card is sometimes not accepted. For example, if you did your shopping on the same day and paid for it contactless.
How to solve this? Try another card!
It’s perfectly possible that your card will work next time.
Extra: According to the kiosk, I still have an ‘open transaction’ which is why the door won’t open. Possibly something went wrong. Feel free to call our helpdesk (+32 52 57 92 35), or send an email to info@padelkiosk.be .
No, this is not possible. If you do not put the racket back, you will automatically be charged a €150 fine, for ‘stealing’ the racket. Would you still like to buy a racket? Then please do not hesitate to contact us!
